How the download form handles your information

This notice applies to the AI Value Canvas download form on this site.

What we collect

When you submit the download form, we collect the name and email address you enter, together with your IP address and the time of submission.

Why we collect it

The form uses this information to administer the direct document download, keep a basic record of requests, and help protect the form from misuse. We do not use a download submission to add you to marketing communications.

Where it is stored

The download handler stores request records in a protected server-side file. The production deployment should keep that file and the downloadable document outside the public web root.

Retention and access

We keep request records only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes. To ask about your information or request its deletion, email hello@aivaluecanvas.com.
